Nestlé Waters decided to segment the offer of the Water Department.

BMA highlighted different universes by creating an atmosphere by segment. Shelf store backgrounds. Creation of specific universes for each range with niches on different key products of the department.

3. Customer benefits

Clarity provided by the reorganization of the department and the enhancement of the “liquid” area. Enhancement of the Water department offer. Consumer flow increased.
